Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?

Yes. Purchase Orders are supported for schools, RTOs, universities, councils and other institutional clients across Australia.

Are you able to be set up as a registered vendor or supplier?

Yes. We are able to register as an approved vendor or supplier for educational institutions, training organisations, councils and government related bodies. We can provide all required documentation for supplier onboarding upon request.

Do you provide tax invoices?

Yes. All orders include a GST compliant tax invoice for accounting and procurement purposes.


What products do you provide?

We supply official certificate seal labels, including embossed and foil seals, designed for use on certificates, awards and official documents.

Can you create custom certificate seals?

Yes. We offer fully custom certificate seals including organisation names, logos, wording, and design adjustments to match your requirements.

What metallic foil options are available for certificate seals?

We provide certificate grade metallic foil label options including gold, silver, bronze, red and blue.

Gold and silver are standard options, while bronze, red and blue are available as custom colours and incur additional costs depending on the design and production requirements.

What format are the certificate seal labels supplied in?

Our certificate seal labels are primarily supplied in sheet format, with approximately 4–6 labels per sheet.

However, roll format is also available upon request depending on production requirements.

What types of certificate seal options do you supply?

We supply a range of certificate seal solutions including standard stickers, embossed seals, metallic foil seals, and sequentially numbered seals.

Additional materials and specifications may be available depending on your requirements and application.

What file format do you need for artwork?

We accept high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS files. If you are unsure, our team can assist with setup and artwork preparation.


Can you assist if we don’t have print-ready artwork?

Yes. We can assist with setting up or adjusting your artwork to ensure it is suitable for production.


How does the artwork approval process work?

We will prepare a proof based on your artwork and send it for approval before production.

No items will be produced until final approval is confirmed.

Can you match our existing certificate design?

Yes. We can replicate or closely match your existing design to maintain consistency with your previous certificates and organisational branding, however final confirmation will be made once we review the design.

What is the typical production time?
Production time varies depending on order size and complexity.
Most standard orders are typically completed within 10–15 business days after artwork approval.

Do you accept urgent orders?
We are unable to accommodate urgent orders.
Our standard production time is 10–15 business days.
After production is completed, express postage can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Are your seals suitable for official certificates?

Yes. Our certificate grade seal stickers are specifically designed for official use by educational institutions, training organisations, and government-related bodies.


Do you provide samples before production?

We do not provide custom samples before production, however we can supply previous sample examples free of charge so your institution can assess our quality.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities start from 500 units and may vary depending on product type and customisation.

What shipping methods do you use?

We primarily use Australia Post standard delivery for all orders.

If express postage is required, additional charges will apply depending on the order quantity.

For large orders exceeding 20,000 units, courier delivery will be used to ensure safe and efficient shipment.


Do you offer pickup for orders?

Pickup is not available as we operate as an online-based business.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post or courier.


Can we reorder the same design in the future?

Yes. We can securely store your approved design for easy repeat ordering in the future.
